FOOD4CAREGIVERS

HELP FOR CAREGIVERS OF VETERANS 

Food4Caregivers is a pilot project created in partnership with San Diego Veterans Coalition and local caregiver vetting agencies.  The mission of Food4Caregivers is to ease the strain of food insecurity among caregivers who support veterans.  The Food4Caregivers  Project gives food to those caregivers to ensure that they can continue to provide the critical support to veterans in their care unencumbered by additional challenges faced by hunger.

This program is supported in partnership with the following vetting agencies.  Only these organizations may request the services provided.  Each provides interviewing and verification of all caregivers to verify they are eligible and to ensure that no other services from the vetting agency are needed.
