Food Drive Events (In-Kind Donations)
The Harvest4Warriors Food Drive Opportunity is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of military members, veterans, and their families. This unique initiative brings together companies, Employee Resource Groups, professional associations, and community coalitions to host food drives that directly support our Food4Warriors Program. These efforts provide essential hunger relief to the poor, homeless, elderly, disabled, and families with children in our military and veteran community.
Each month, participants rally their teams to gather food donations during a two-to-four-week campaign that culminates in a Warrior Harvest Day. Held on the third Friday of every month, this celebratory drop-off event includes special activities, community recognition, and the chance to honor your group’s contributions to this vital mission.
Your organization can play a pivotal role in this mission. Whether you’re hosting a drive, organizing a collaborative effort, or contributing in-kind donations, your support ensures warriors and their families receive the help they deserve. Join us in bringing in the harvest to feed warriors in need and making a lasting impact.

The Food4Warriors Program bundles several projects to serve the military and veteran community and their families. Our efforts provide essential assistance to the poor, homeless, elderly, disabled, and families with children. Recognized as a San Diego County Veterans Non-Profit of the Year, we have built unique partnerships in the community with regional food partners such as Feeding San Diego and the San Diego Food Bank.
In 2024, we were honored with the Veterans Health Administration National Community Partnership Award for our partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This recognition highlights the success of our Food Empowerment Program, which is supported by contributions, in-kind donations from local food drives, and purchased goods to meet dietary restrictions and specific needs.
We are also a food partner with local organizations like the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Elks Lodges, and other support groups. Additionally, we hold membership with the San Diego Veterans Coalition, 2-1-1 San Diego, and San Diego County's Live Well San Diego initiative. Food distributions are powered by our dedicated Warrior Volunteer Force.
Your support is vital to sustaining these efforts and expanding our impact. Explore how you or your organization can make a difference through financial contributions, in-kind donations, or hosting a food drive. Join us in helping military members, veterans, and their families live stronger lives.
