The Warrior Volunteer Force traveled to Imperial Beach to help support military, veterans and their families with a Food4Warriors™ distribution event bringing carefully packed groceries supporting over 250 in need. A line of cars shuttled through the drop site at the location of VFW Post 5477 in Imperial Beach. Unlike the last few months, the skies were sunny as were the smiles on those receiving these sacks of groceries. Equipped with fresh produce from our friends with Project 1:1, a robust amount of food was provided for every military & veteran household. Veiled by the face masks of the current day, our Warrior Volunteer Force team were smiling as well in a job well done to help many. Another Food4Warriors down. Another group on the road to a stronger life. We thank our friends with Project 1:1 and VFW Post 5477.
