On July 7th, 2023, Us4Warriors & Veterans Affairs joined forces to host a "Food Drop" Distribution at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' "Kearny Mesa VA Clinic" parking lot, located at 8875 Aero Dr, San Diego, CA. The event had a profound impact on the lives of over 200 warriors and their families, who benefited from the groceries provided.
Us4Warriors, in partnership with the local VA since 2016, has been making a significant difference in the fight against veteran hunger. Through the support of Feeding San Diego and the San Diego Food Bank, Us4Warriors continues to march on in support of the cause. Hosting two distributions each month, Us4Warriors continues to go above and beyond to ensure that veterans and their families receive much-needed support. Moreover, their dedication has extended beyond the Kearny Mesa VA Clinic, as they also provide special dietary sacks of groceries to various clinics in San Diego County participating in the VA's Food Empowerment Program.
