On December 11th, 2024, Us4Warriors Co-founder & Executive Director Tony Stewart joined Pride Industries San Diego Employee Resource Group (ERG) Chapter as Guest Speaker at their inaugural Holiday Event held at The Lapper Restaurant in Mission Valley. The event was a warm, small gathering of like-minded servant leaders celebrating their shared commitment to supporting communities in need.
As Us4Warriors and Pride Industries celebrated partnership, Stewart expressed his gratitude to Pride Industries for their collaborative work with Us4Warriors in 2024. He highlighted the ERG’s first project, a November food drive that made a significant impact. The drive, organized in partnership with Us4Warriors, helped the organization surpass its goal of supporting over 80,000 active duty military, veterans and families this year. During his remarks, Stewart spoke about the "power of purpose and helping to create a pathway to resilience for both those served by non-profits and those working within them." Reflecting on the demanding nature of non-profit work, he shared how meaningful moments of impact reaffirm their mission. He noted, “Our powerful, impactful moments of purpose not only change the lives of those we support but also uplift us as well.”
Stewart concluded by encouraging attendees to “keep pushing and moving forward, be kind to one another, and help each other be at our resilient best.”
