Dear Warrior Supporters,
We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. At Us4Warriors, we greatly appreciate your unwavering support, and we are humbled by the impact we have collectively made in the lives of over 58,000 military, veterans, and their families since our establishment.
Today, we must share some unfortunate news regarding our upcoming Warrior Spirit Festival, originally scheduled for October 21st, 2023.
While eagerly looking forward to this event, we want to be transparent and honest with our supporters about the challenges we are currently facing with regards to this event. Regrettably, despite our tireless efforts, we have not secured the necessary sponsorship funding to ensure the success of this year's festival within the required timeline. As a result, after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Warrior Spirit Festival to the following year.
While we don't have confirmed details for the rescheduled event at this time, we are targeting the latter part of 2024. Our commitment to delivering a memorable and impactful Warrior Spirit Festival remains unwavering.
We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we want to emphasize that this decision was made with the best interests of our supporters, participants, and the military/veteran community in mind. Our primary goal is to continue providing essential support and assistance to those who have served our nation.
In the meantime, please note that all our other services and events such as the two food distributions each month, employment support services, and others continue as planned, ensuring that we remain dedicated to our mission of supporting and honoring our warriors and their families.
We are sincerely grateful for your continued support, and we look forward to sharing more details about the rescheduled event in the coming months. Together, we will continue to make a positive difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our country.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and dedication to the cause. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
