The Warrior Volunteer Force traveled to Escondido to help support military, veterans and their families with a Food4Warriors™ distribution event bringing carefully packed groceries supporting over 250 in need. A line of cars shuttled through the drop site at the location of VFW Post 1513 in Escondido. Working under extreme rainy conditions, the team didn't let that dampen their spirits as they ensured that each family received groceries to help them along. During these unique times of the new normal of social distancing, the team ensured that they were able to accommodate all with friendly care under heavy protective gear. Folks couldn't see their smiles, but they knew they were there. Another Food4Warriors down. Another group on the road to a stronger life.
