March 2023, local San Diego Parrot Head Club (SDPHC) members met and chose six charities to benefit from their events in 2023. A 501c4 civic organization founded in 1995 by a group of local Jimmy Buffet music fans who banded together to make a difference in their community, SDPHC members have long supported Us4Warriors in many ways through volunteering for our efforts supporting veteran homeless events, food distributions and other activities that help warriors and their families live stronger lives.
During the meeting, SDPHC selected two veteran support charities to work side-by-side at their coveted 28th Annual Anniversary Party at Campland by the Bay, Us4Warriors and our partners in the community, Honor Flight San Diego. The event hosts thousands of Parrot Heads who travel to San Diego from many locations across the country to camp, enjoy the sounds of many bands and take part in many fun activities from Thursday, September 21st to Sunday, September 24th.
Us4Warriors looks forward to this unique and fun event with amazing people. A chance for our Warrior Volunteer Force to enjoy a great event and help SDPHC continue their mission of doing good!
