It was a very warm day at the Veterans Home of California located in Chula Vista, CA on Saturday, April 29th, but that did not stop a team of Warrior Volunteer Force members from making a trip to the home to assemble some needed shade for veteran residents.
Like a well-oiled machine, the mighty group of active duty military, veterans and community supporters chose to spend a few hours to assemble two gazebos covering picnic style resting tables for veteran residents to enjoy.
The Warrior Volunteer Force supports many tasks like these at many locations each month supporting military and veterans.
