On April 29th, the Us4Warriors Team and Veterans of Comedy invaded Attitude Brewing in Barrio Logan. An amazing venue, event goers were able to partake in a variety of excellent foods and brews that makes a trip to the venue a treat, even without a comedy night. All proceeds from the event going to our Food4Warriors and Work4Warriors Program efforts to help warriors and their families.
Comedian DD Stepps (U.S. Navy Veteran) from Chicago, Illinois hosted the evening comedy line-up that included Comedian Brendan Jay (U.S. Navy Active-Duty), Comedian Ryan Archuleta (U.S. Army Veteran), and National Comedian Erik Knowles (U.S. Marine Corps Veteran) from Houston, Texas. Erik has been featured on Comedy Central, Drybar Comedy and was a winner of the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has also been a supporting advisor for Us4Warriors Laughs4Warriors program and events since 2017.
The venue, Attitude Brewing in Barrio Logan, is a hidden gem that serves craft brew, tasty treats and keeps the culture alive! For the craft brew connoisseur, they are a seven-and-a-half-barrel system with three tasting room locations and over 50 taps. Our event goers reveled in their amazing food and couldn't stop complimenting their full array of brew.
